Selection Of Flour

The flour to be used in noodle production is specially manufactured for noodles, and it is sent to the laboratory for tests. The flour whose quality is determined according to the results of the analysis is sifted.

Preparation Of The Dough

The main raw material of dough containing water, salt, acidity regulator, guar gum, and vitamin b2 is added to wheat flour. It is slowly stirred in by the large mixer.

Thinning The Dough

After preparing the dough, it is gradually thinned using large presses until it gets thin appropriately

Slitting The Dough Sheets And Waving

Properly thinned dough is slit into thin noodle strips and curled; thus, they take the unique shape of the indomie molds.

Steaming

Noodle strips are steamed by passing through hot steam, this stage is considered as the first stage of quick cooking of indomie at home.

Placing In Molds

At this stage, the noodle is cut into suitable lengths and folded, and placed in the molds.

Deep Frying

In this stage, indomie noodle blocks are deep fried in palm oil to provide you with the most delicious taste in each bite.

Cooling Stage

Deep-fried indomie instant noodle is passed through the cooling tunnel and prepared for packaging.

Quality Control

All our factories worldwide have iso 22000:2005 food safety management system certificate, and with this certificate, we guarantee our product quality and safety. All employees who take part in the stages from accepting the raw material to the shipment of the product to the customer carry out their tasks in accordance with the hygiene rules. Quality control specialists take samples and test them using technological instruments and methods and check whether indomie instant noodles comply with high quality and international standards.

Addition Of Seasoning & Packaging

Packaged seasoning mixtures carefully produced in accordance with international codex standards and turkish standards are added to each portion, and noodle portions are prepared in an environment suitable for food safety.

Packing & Storage

Packaged products are packed in boxes suitable for the physical properties of the product and stored for delivery to customers.
